By downloading, installing, or using the ZORU app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.


2. Services Offered:

ZORU provides the following services:

Parcel Delivery: Hyperlocal and last-mile delivery of parcels and packages.

Taxi Services: Transportation services via bike/Car/3-Wheeler or any vehicle used for transportation purpose or as taxis.

Our services are available based on real-time availability in select areas.


3. User Registration:

To use the ZORU app, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities under your account.

Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.


4. User Responsibilities

When using ZORU, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Use the app solely for legal and legitimate purposes.

Comply with all local laws, including traffic and safety regulations when using all our services.

Refrain from using the app to transport illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

We also reserve the right to cancel or reject the orders based on the customers response, behaviour, misusing or any other means which can effect our services, riders and staff. Parcel deliveries are to be suitable and carriable on bikes, any thing beyond the limits would be suggested to the next suitable vehicles. 


5. Pricing and Payments:

Delivery Fees: ZORU charges delivery fees based on distance, weight of the parcel, time and locations. The exact charges will be shown before you confirm your order.

Taxi Fees: Charges for taxis depend on distance and time. All fees will be displayed before you book the ride.

Payment: You can make payments using credit/debit cards, UPI, or other payment methods available on the app. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.


6. Cancellations and Refunds:

Delivery Orders: You can cancel your delivery request before it is picked up. Once the delivery is in progress, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be given.

Taxi Rides: You can cancel a taxi ride before it starts. If the ride is canceled after the driver has arrived, a cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable period.


7. Limitation of Liability:

ZORU strives to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or availability of deliveries or rides.

ZORU will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

ZORU is not responsible for the condition of the package upon delivery, but we will take reasonable care during transport.

8. Third-Party Services:

ZORU may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, other logistics providers, logistic aggregators). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services. You agree to follow the terms and conditions of these third-party services when using them within the ZORU app.


9. Intellectual Property:

All content in the ZORU app, including trademarks, logos, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to Lokshitha Shipping and Logistics Private Limited. You agree not to use or reproduce any content from the app without our permission.


10. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the ZORU app at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any unlawful activities.


11. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of ZORU’s services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.


12. Changes to Terms:

ZORU reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the app, and your continued use of the app will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
